THE PUBLICATION

A review should help the next reader

Clear firsthand experiences belong here; promotions and private account details do not.

01

Describe what happened

Select the business involved, provide an experience date and describe the events in your own words. Keep the rating and title consistent with that experience. Separate your opinion from facts you directly observed.

02

Protect personal details

The email attached to a submission is not shown publicly. Keep booking codes, addresses, account identifiers, card details and other people’s personal information out of the title and review.

03

Before a review appears

Submissions enter a moderation queue for checks covering spam, relevance, impersonation, abuse and privacy. Approval does not certify that the publisher witnessed or independently verified the transaction.

04

No invented reputation

Empty records are not filled with sample reviews or made-up ratings. Third-party reviews are not copied without a permitted source. The displayed average uses the published contributions included in that calculation, and a record with none says so.

05

Reporting a contribution

Use the contact form with the page address and the reason for your concern. Unrelated telephone promotions, repetitive advertisements and guaranteed-refund claims may be treated as spam. A public review does not open a customer-service case with the company.
