Reviews you submit
The review form collects a display name, email, rating, title, experience date and text. The email is kept private for moderation and duplicate-submission handling. If approved, the review displays its name, rating, dates and text, but does not publish the email.
Messages to the publisher
The contact form stores the submitted name, email, subject and message, together with any selected company or review identifier. These are private communications to the publisher; they are not sent to the business being discussed.
Access and abuse controls
Submission limits use a keyed value derived from connection information and a time window. That mechanism does not add raw IP addresses to review records. Publisher administration requires sign-in and uses a secure session cookie lasting eight hours. Readers need no account to browse.
How long records remain
Review and message records remain in the directory database while used for publication, moderation and handling requests. This version has no automatic deletion deadline. Access is restricted through publisher administration. Contact the publisher about access, correction or deletion where applicable.
What you can choose
You can read the directory without submitting a form. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, identity documents or medical records. We do not sell review submissions or use them for targeted advertising. After following an outside link, the destination’s own privacy practices apply.
